North Sydney and Marrickville students, a reminder to pick up your Holiday Cards with our modified opening times and special offers from our friends and sponsors including your own Gracie Oceania fridge magnet!

North Sydney will be closed Friday 23rd December - Monday 9th January
Marrickville will be closed Saturday 24th, Sunday 25th, Monday 26th, Saturday 31st December, Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd January. All other days will run kids and adults classes as normal.

InnerWest Courier: A Golden Effort in Jiu Jitsu

Check our Gracie Oceania Head Instructor Mario Yokoyama in this week's InnerWest Courier. Mario recently returned from the Asian BJJ Championships in Japan with a gold and bronze medal!

Internal Tournament schedule and brackets

The Gracie Oceania Association Internal Tournament will be held this Sunday 18 December in Marrickville. Please check the schedule and brackets carefully and remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before your schedule start time to be checked in and weighed.

As this is a friendly competition, we ask all parents, spectators, instructors and students to refrain from coaching or refereeing from the sidelines. Positive encouragement and cheering is welcome!

Gracie Oceania win gold at CBJJE Asian Championships

In Japan for a series of seminars, head instructor Mario Yokoyama led the Gracie Oceania team in Japan to swag of medals at the weekend's CBJJE Asian Jiu Jitsu Championships. Congratulations!
